Phil McDowell is Global Sales and Distribution Lead for International Programmes and Captives. With nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Philip brings deep expertise and a strong international perspective to the topic. Based in the UK, he has worked with global clients and complex programme structures, and he will share practical insights drawn from his many years in the field.

Eric Joly‑Pottuz heads up HDI Enablers, HDI Global’s unit dedicated to Risk Finance. In this role, he is responsible for the development of structured and parametric solutions, delivered either as insurance products or as reinsurance solutions for captives, supporting clients in optimizing risk transfer and capital efficiency globally. Prior to leading HDI Enablers, Eric held various finance and capital management roles, building expertise at the intersection of risk, finance, and balance‑sheet optimization.
