David Heard joined Willis Towers Watson in 2016 in the UK and International Casualty team having spent 17 years prior to joining Willis underwriting casualty business including 10 years as head of Casualty at Generali Global and 7 years in the Middle East including the development of pricing, guidelines and Policy coverage.
He has in total over thirty five years’ experience in Casualty Insurance and has held senior underwriting roles in Liability as well as Professional Indemnity, including responsibility for product development, and the design of large and complex insurance and reinsurance programmes in all industry sectors

Willis Towers WatsonKiran is head of Casualty for Europe in addition to his Lead Relationship Manager responsibilities for Large and Complex Property and Casualty Risks.
He provides strategic support for complex placements for clients in Europe and Globally, bringing the best of WTW Global Placement capabilities to these clients, working closely with country Broking Leaders. Kiran is also responsible for new business growth, developing and bringing in new clients to WTW, as well as providing a key role in leading engagement with P&C markets across Europe.
Situated within Direct and Facultative enables Kiran to adopt the Global Lines of Business strategy to deliver the best of WTW placement and service resources to clients from a truly global platform.
Joining WTW in March 2023, his previous roles including Head of Strategic Placement EMEA at Marsh and Head of Casualty Placement and Product Recall at Marsh / JLT.
Kiran brings over 25 years of extensive industry experience and is well known to clients and the wider global market. As such, he is well placed to support both business development and placement. His current role enables him to combine both his client management skills and market ‘know-how’ to challenge convention in delivering bespoke, high value placement solutions to clients.
